I called for a taxi for myself and two friends ,and was told one would arrive in 5minutes. After 20 minutes I called the taxi company back ,and was told that we had been forgotten about, and no one would be coming for us, before they hung up the phone. It was carnival night, so it had been very difficult to find another taxi company able to pick us up. After we had already passed opportunities up from other taxis while waiting for our taxi to arrive.
